Biography
Jonathan Smith covers all the bases in commercial real estate transactions – new development, lending and leasing. His clients are well-known national retailers, lenders, developers. Each year Jonathan handles sales transactions involving retail, office, warehouse, and multifamily residential properties throughout the United States. In the landlord and tenant arena, Jonathan counts among his recent clients several regional and national retail tenants. He also regularly represents landlords and tenants in office leasing.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was a partner at Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC and subsequently worked with an entrepreneurial transactional boutique. He received his law degree from Vanderbilt University after graduating from the University of Alabama with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in music.
Jonathan and his wife, Jill, have two children, Brighton and Jenna.
