Biography
Jason Marina has practiced law in Dallas since 2001 and has handled various litigation and transactional matters throughout his legal career, with a primary focus on commercial real estate law. He has represented landlords, tenants, developers, purchasers and sellers in a variety of contractual matters related to commercial real estate. A significant portion of his practice centers around commercial real estate leasing. He has assisted landlords, tenants and developers with commercial lease representation throughout all phases of the leasing process.
The real estate holdings of the clients that Jason has represented include retail that range in size from small, single tenant properties to large, multiple tenant power centers; office buildings; and multi-family properties. Jason, who is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, is uniquely qualified to assist his clients.
